ADHD TREATMENT
Ongoing ADHD Care

Personalized ADHD or AuDHD care to help you feel steadier, more supported, and better able to follow through on what matters most to you.
01 WHERE DIAGNOSIS BECOMES CARE
Diagnosis answers the past.It does not automatically build the future.
You do not have to figure out what comes next alone. Ongoing care gives us time to understand what helps, make thoughtful adjustments, and shape treatment around your actual life.
02 CARE BEGINS WITH UNDERSTANDING
Care begins with understanding.
Before treatment begins, we take time to understand your history, current concerns, previous evaluation and treatment, physical health, and what you need now.
Depending on the information available and your clinical needs, the next step may be a focused assessment or The Clarity Evaluation. Once the clinical picture is clear and we agree that Ongoing ADHD Care is the right fit, we develop your treatment plan together.
FIRST
The first 90 days
At the beginning, appointments are closer together so we can establish a thoughtful treatment direction and understand how changes are affecting you. There is room to ask questions, notice patterns, and make careful adjustments.
THEN
Care that continues
After the initial period, appointments settle into a rhythm that reflects your clinical needs. We continue to review what is working, respond to changes in your health or life, and revise the plan when needed.

03 WHAT CARE CAN INCLUDE
What care can include
Your care plan is shaped around your health, priorities, and everyday life. It may include the following:
Medication and monitoringCareful prescribing and monitoring, with time to discuss benefits, side effects, questions, and what is changing.
Medication is considered in the context of your overall health, current symptoms, previous treatment, and personal priorities. When medication is included, we monitor your response and make changes thoughtfully.
More than medicationAttention to the parts of life that can influence how ADHD or AuDHD is experienced.
This may include sleep, stress, emotional regulation, routines, burnout, hormonal changes, relationships, and eating concerns, including binge eating, when they are relevant to your care.
Support between appointmentsQuestions and treatment concerns do not always wait for the next routine visit.
You may use secure messaging between appointments. Brief phone check-ins may be arranged when clinically appropriate, and an earlier appointment can be scheduled when a concern requires more time.
A plan that works in everyday lifeA clear plan shaped around your needs, responsibilities, and daily realities.
We keep your plan understandable and usable. When something is not helping, we revisit it together rather than treating difficulty as failure.
